Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about working with Manasseh Ehile & Co. Can't find what you need? Get in touch.

How do I book a consultation?

Use the Contact page to send us a message with a brief description of your matter and your preferred timelines, or email info@ehilemanassehandco.ng directly. We usually reply the same day.

Do you charge a fixed fee?

Where the scope of a matter is well defined, we regularly agree fixed‑fee phases or sprints up front so there are no billing surprises. For matters where scope is uncertain at the outset (for example, some litigation), we'll agree a clear fee structure with you before work begins.

Do you work with clients outside Lagos or outside Nigeria?

Yes. While our offices are in Lagos, we advise clients across Nigeria and work with international clients and counsel on cross‑border matters, in person and remotely.

How quickly will you respond to my enquiry?

We aim to reply to new enquiries the same business day, and we give clear next steps and timelines once a matter is underway.

Which practice areas do you cover?

Eight core areas: Corporate & Commercial, Dispute Resolution & ADR, Real Estate & Projects, IP/Tech & Compliance, Employment & Immigration, Banking & Finance, Regulatory & Governance, and Energy & Infrastructure. See our Practice Areas page for detail.

Can I email a specific member of the team directly?

Yes — each practitioner's email is listed on our Our Team page. If you're not sure who to contact, email info@ehilemanassehandco.ng and we'll route your enquiry to the right person.

Do you offer a free initial consultation?

Tell us briefly what you need help with via the Contact page and we'll let you know how we can help and what it will involve, including any cost, before you commit to anything.

How do I stay updated on Nigerian legal developments relevant to my business?

Our Insights section publishes practical, Nigeria‑focused guides on tax, compliance, employment, data protection and other business‑law topics as the law changes. You're also welcome to request a topic.

Still have questions?

Send us a note and we'll get back to you the same day.
